NBO/SEC/10/2026: SUPPLY, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION SECURITY DOORS AND METALLIC PROTECTIVE PLATES FOR THE GITANGA TWG STORE AND SWIMMING POOL ABLUTION BLOCK

1.     On behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as represented by British High Commission - Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for SUPPLY, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY DOORS AND METALLIC PROTECTIVE PLATES FOR THE GITANGA TWG STORE AND SWIMMING POOL ABLUTION BLOCK AT THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION, NAIROBI Further details on the requirement are set out in the Statement of Requirements.

2.     Please include in your reply to a nominated point of contact with telephone, email, and postal address details.

3.     Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be of inclusive all costs except VAT.

4.     Your quote must be received on or before 10^th  July 2026 at 1600 hours (Kenyan time).

NB: Please provide a detailed quotation outlining the total cost as requested in this document.

5.     There will be a site survey on 2 July 2026 at 10.00am at Gitanga. Names and ID number of those attending site survey should be sent to [email protected]  on or before 1^st  July 2026 by 10.00 a.m.

6.     The Technical bid and Commercial/financial offer should be submitted as separate documents via email to [email protected]  and [email protected]  only. Please use the contract ref NBO/SEC/10/2026 in the email subject header. Due to limited file size restrictions, share your documents in smaller separate emails indicating on the subject e.g. 1 of 4, 2 of 4. Also, do not share a link to access the documents.

7.     Should you wish to provide an alternative solution that meets our requirements, you are free to do so; however, you must also submit the attached standard proposals as well.

8.     Should your quote be accepted, this request, the statement of requirements and your response will form the basis of a contract between you and the FCDO under the terms and conditions.

9.     This Request for quote does not constitute in any way any commitment on the part of the FCDO.

10.  The FCDO will not be liable for any expenses you incur as part of this process. We look forward to receiving your proposal.
