PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE COMMISSION

TENDER NO. PSC/010/2016-2017 FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A MEDICAL EX-GRATIA SCHEME FOR MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT

 

The Parliamentary Service Commission hereby invites tenderers to submit sealed tenders for the administration of a medical ex-gratia scheme for Members of Parliament for a period of twelve (12) months.

Prices quoted should be net, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days after the date of Tender Opening.

There shall be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on 26th January, 2017 from 10.00 a.m. at the Boardroom, 11th Floor, Protection House, Parliament Road, Nairobi.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the tender box provided at the Commission Offices, Protection House, 10th Floor, Parliament Road, Nairobi or be addressed to-

NAIROBI

so as to be received on or before 2nd February, 2017 at 11.00 a.m.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who choose to attend the opening at the Commission Offices, Protection House, 11th Floor, Parliament Road, Nairobi.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand (Kshs.300, 000.00) in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or a guarantee from an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority payable to the Parliamentary Service Commission.
